If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order will likely be in the processing stage and changes may not be possible. If we can accommodate your request, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take extra care to package your items securely, but if your product arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Please email us at info@lyfactive.com with a photo of the damage. If the item is indeed damaged, we will offer a free replacement. Please note that we do not replace or refund products that have been damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
