Order Processing Times

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Your order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times and holidays, please expect processing times to extend to up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time is the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times to your country:

Please keep in mind that during busy seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Also, if your package is shipping internationally, customs delays may occur, which could affect your delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or order cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll send an email to verify it within 3 business days. If we don’t hear from you, we may need to cancel the order.

If you notice an issue with your shipping details, please contact us via email at info@lyfactive.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes after this time.

Delayed Delivery

At Lyfactive, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, sometimes delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or transportation issues. We will work with our courier to resolve any delays and get your package delivered to you as soon as possible.

If any issues arise that delay the shipment or processing of your order, we’ll notify you immediately. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we’ll keep you informed and assist in any way we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we hand your package off to our courier partner, we’re no longer in control of the delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@lyfactive.com for assistance. We recommend reaching out directly to the courier company to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up on your behalf and keep you updated.

While we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation. If the package is not found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

In cases where the courier is unable to locate the package, we suggest filing a police report.
